PRESIDENT
As Prairie View NSBE President, Mory is driven by the goal of preparing and empowering his peers to achieve as future engineers. Majoring in Mechanical Engineering as a junior, Mory is fueled by a passion for connecting engineering breakthroughs to everyday impact. As a recipient of the Halliburton RISE Scholarship for the 2025-2026 year, Mory was recognized for his high academic standards and his leadership potential within the engineering community.
Beyond NSBE, Mory serves as a Panther Advisor Leader (PAL), mentoring incoming freshmen and fostering a culture of academic success and personal growth. Outside the classroom, Mory channels his entrepreneurial spirit into a real estate company he co-founded with lifelong friends, where his younger brother also contributes as a contractor. Whether he’s navigating property deals or guiding his peers, Mory thrives on teamwork, mentorship, and purpose-driven leadership.
When he’s not working or studying, you’ll find him lifting weights, exploring new music, or investing time in the relationships and passions that keep him grounded and inspired.

LaMirah Ramirez was born and raised in Seattle, Washington, and graduated from Mount Tahoma High School while also earning her Associate’s Degree from Pierce College. She is currently a junior at Prairie View A&M University, majoring in Chemical Engineering.
Beyond NSBE, LaMirah serves as the Epistoleus for the Delta Alpha Chapter of Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority, Inc., where she manages social media and branding efforts. She is also a member of Genius Girls and the Yoga and Meditation Club, reflecting her dedication to both personal growth and community engagement.
Within NSBE, LaMirah began her leadership journey as Freshman E-Board Secretary and now proudly serves as Secretary for PVNSBE. In this role, she is committed to keeping members connected, informed, and engaged while supporting the organization’s mission to empower the next generation of Black engineers.

Kyle Rodney was born and raised in Houston, Texas, and graduated from Stafford High School. He is currently a senior majoring in Mechanical Engineering at Prairie View A&M University. Kyle is an active leader on campus and is deeply involved in professional organizations. He is a member of the National Society of Leadership and Success (NSLS) and the American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME).
Kyle has demonstrated a strong commitment to service and leadership through his involvement in the National Society of Black Engineers (NSBE), where he served as the Conference Planning Chair for the 2024–2025 academic year and currently holds the position of Chapter Treasurer. He also contributed to the academic success of his peers by mentoring students through the College of Engineering, providing guidance and support to help them navigate their academic journeys.
With a passion for innovation and community impact, Kyle is dedicated to helping build the next generation of engineers. He strives to empower others by sharing resources, fostering leadership, and helping students unlock their full potential.

Zoe Hardeman is a senior Mechanical Engineering major with a minor in Mathematics at Prairie View A&M University. Originally from Austin, Texas, she graduated from East View High School.
On campus, she is actively involved in NSBE, Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority, Inc., and the Tau Beta Pi Engineering Honor Society. She previously served as the Academic Excellence Chair and now holds the role of Programs Chair for the 2025–2026 academic year.
Zoe also works as a Student Success Leader, supporting her peers academically. She plans to become an aeronautical engineer and is passionate about designing and improving aircraft. In her free time, she enjoys singing and spending time with friends and family.
